A200은 Thermal Cycler (PCR), 유전자증폭기로 모든 과정을 터치스크린으로 작동이 가능합니다. 작업과정을 한눈에 확인이 가능하기 때문에 편리하게 작동이 가능할뿐만아니라 세팅과정 또한 쉽게 설정이 가능합니다.

    Heating Rate와 Cooling Rate가 최대 5℃로 빠른 온도 변환이 가능하여 PCR에 소요되는 시간을 줄일수 있습니다.

 

3. 프로그램 기능 강화

    최대 설정이 가능한 프로토콜이 10000개로 거의 무한대의 프로토콜 저장이 가능하며, 폴더 설정및 저장한 프로토콜을 수정하여 다시 저장

    하는 과정이 편리합니다. 그래서 미리 설정해 놓은 프로토콜을 각각의 샘플에 따라 편리하게 수정 편집하여 사용이 가능하여 프로토콜 설정

    시간을 단축이 가능합니다. 그리고 별도로 USB 드라이버를 이용하여 사용하고 있는 프로토콜을 백업 기능도 가능합니다.

    프로토콜을 편리하게 설정이 가능하도록 Program Wizard 기능을 통해서 PCR 과정에 들어가는 모든 과정을 한페이지에서 설정이 가능하여

    편리한 설정이 가능합니다.

 

4. Gradient 기능

    수평으로 12well 의 온도 구배가 가능하여 PCR 과정에서 확인 되지 않은 온도를 찾을때 편리하게 사용이 가능합니다.
