BIOPREP-24 BEAD HOMOGENIZER 구슬 분쇄기 / 구슬 조직 파쇄기
강력한 3D Rotation High Speed Motor를 이용해서 다양한 Sample을 빠르면서도 효율적으로 파쇄가 가능한 Bead Homogenizer BIOPREP-24는 조직(tissue)이나 세포(Cell)등 다양한 표본을 파쇄가 가능합니다. 뿐만아니라 연골(Cartiage)나 뼈(bone) 같은 단단한 조직 또한 강력한 Shaking으로 파쇄가 가능합니다. BIOPREP-24의 가장 큰 장점은 모든 sample을 90초 이내에 파쇄가 가능한 것과 동시에 24개를 한번에 파쇄를 할수 있다는 것입니다. 또한, Bead를 이용해서 파쇄를 하는 방법은 조직이나 세포를 더 강력하고 정확하게 파쇄가 가능하기 때문에 편리하면서도 효율이 좋은 quaility의 DNA, RNA, Protein, Enzyme등을 추출할 수 있습니다. |

1. "3D Rotating High Speed Motion"으로 조직이나 세포의 빠른 분쇄가 가능합니다. 2. 50가지의 메모리기능이 있어 사용자가 미리setting을 저장할 수 있습니다. 3. Rotor의 속도를 4.0m/s 에서 7.0m/s까지 0.05m/s 간격으로 조절할 수 있습니다. 4. Sample tube의 고정이 쉽고, tube holder 장착과 제거가 쉽습니다. 5. 2.0ml, 1.5ml, 0.5ml x 24 tube 또는 12 x 5ml tube를 장착할 수 있는 Rotor가 있습니다. 6. 일회용 Tube를 사용하면서 sample간의 cross-contamination이 일어나지 않습니다. 7. 대부분의 sample이 35초 이내에 파쇄가 가능합니다. |
