■ Program Wizard Function?
Program Wizard는 PCR protocol을 간단하게 입력이 가능하게 하기위해서 개발된 기능으로 Pre-denaturation, denaturation, annealing, extension, post-extension 기능과 cycle 설정은 단 2페이지 이동으로 간편하게 설정이 가능한 기능입니다.

ⓐ Program Wizard 작동하기 Program wizard 기능은 PCR을 켰을때, 홈화면에서 세번째 에 위 치한 "program wizard" 손으로 클릭하면 간편하게 실행이 가능합 니다.

ⓑ Program Wizard-1 PCR을 작동시키기위한 간단 설정 방법을 설정하는 page 입니 다. 간단하게 temperature control 방법 "Sim Tube / Block" 선택 과 Smaple volume 설정, lid temperature control 설정이 가능한 페이지 입니다. |
